Easy Cherry Coffeecake

This is a 2 part recipe for making the coffeecake and the crumb topping.



Ingredients

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 4 eggs unbeaten
  • 3/4 cup of water
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Herkner’s Cherry Drizzle Topping
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Directions


Step 1. 

Beat all ingredients together until well blended.


Step 2. 

Put in 2 greased loaf pans.


Step 3. 

Sprinkle with crumb topping mixture.


Step 4. 

Drizzle 1/4 cup Herkner’s Cherry Drizzle Topping on each loaf.


Step 5. 

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.


Step 6. 

Cut down into cake with knife.
